This policy explains what Haneda Autos collects when you use hanedaautos.com, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It applies to this website and to enquiries you send us by phone or email.

What we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and any vehicle details you send us such as a VIN, trim level or registration.
- Order information. What you bought, the stock number, the price, the delivery method and the correspondence attached to the order.
- Information collected automatically. Your IP address, browser type, the pages you viewed and the site that referred you. This comes from cookies and similar technology.
We do not store full payment card numbers. Card payments are handled by our payment processor, and we receive only confirmation of payment and the last digits of the card.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and confirm whether a part fits your vehicle.
- To take, process and deliver your order, including quoting freight to your ZIP code.
- To honour the warranty and handle returns.
- To keep records we are required to keep, and to prevent fraud.
- To improve the website, using aggregated analytics.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary, with: freight and parcel carriers delivering your order; our payment processor; our hosting and email providers; and analytics providers. We may disclose information where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies
This site uses cookies to keep your cart working, to remember preferences, and to measure traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block them, the cart and checkout may stop working.
How long we keep it
Order and warranty records are kept for as long as needed to honour the warranty and to meet tax and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not become orders are kept for up to two years.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop sending you marketing email. Write to Sales@hanedaautos.com and we will respond. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy law, including the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy we will update the date below. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
